Not all of life's disasters are natural; marriages, relationships with children, family, friends, your finances, health, career, your relationship with God can at times be man made disasters. Life can be hard and leave you scared but it is also the greatest gift that we are given everyday.
Trust me I have created my share of man made disasters. The clean up can be messy and costly. Sometimes we lose everything and gain things we never knew we wanted. Just when we think we have it all figured out something will come along to wash the ground from beneath our feet forcing us to swim. Now I will doggy paddle my way to safety before I'll accept a life line lol. Yes that is an area God is still working on with me. If you know me you know I strongly believe that without the valleys in life you can not fully appreciate the peaks when they happen. Right now I'm in a peak phase so don't worry about me. However I look all around me near and far..... I see so many people struggling with so many disasters natural and man made. I makes me wonder how can I help those people near and far... I don't know the answer but this morning this I woke up feeling the prompting to keep my eyes and ears open for opportunity to help those in need. I am a Christian and even though that does NOT make me perfect in ANY WAY it does give me a strength I didn't know I had. Please know that no matter how epic and small your natural or man made disaster is today I'm thinking of you!
